PLUMBING PERMIT INFORMATION

All plumbing permits require a floor plan indicating both existing and proposed conditions for the project.  We have provided a sample below.  Please be as specific as possible.  If you are installing a new hot water tank, boiler, or other similar equipment please makes sure to also have the manufacturer Installation manual available to submit with your permit application.  Once you have all of the information click the button below to submit a permit inquiry.  The system will assign you a plumbing permit application process to proceed with submitting your application.
