MECHANICAL PERMIT INFORMATION

Mechanical permits are required in the City of Roslyn.  Please make sure to provide a floor plan indicating the location and type of equipment to be installed, replace or repaired.  We have provided a sample floor plan below for reference.  You will also need to provide the manufacturers installation specifications for each piece of mechanical equipment being installed, repaired or replaced.  Once you have all of the required information click below to submit a permit inquiry.  The system will assign you a mechanical permit application and you will complete the application process through our permitting system.
